We make sure our workshops include exercises and on-camera mock interviews that provide attendees a feel for what they will experience in the real world.

During our workshops we cover message preparation, non-verbal communication, bridging to your message, trick questions and much more.

BLMC offers 45 – 90 minute seminars on everything from building media relationships to public speaking, elevator pitching and connecting with the media via social media.

Our workshops are available in 2 hour, 4 hour and day long sessions.
